Choose Bear Paw Adventure’s unique log buildings for the Best Alaska Lodging Experience!
Guests can choose from four unique log buildings: Captain Cook Lodge, Wise Old Hunter Lodge, Bear Den Vacation Home, or Moose Cabin. All of the buildings have complete kitchens, wireless internet, satellite smart flat-screen HDTV with Blue Ray or DVD/CD player, telephone, BBQ decks with gas grill, and more.
The kitchens are stocked with supplies including sugars, flour, pancake mix, seasonings, coffee, tea and lots more. Guests also can enjoy picnicking, playing horseshoes, beach volleyball, badminton, and watching moose, eagles and other Alaskan critters.
The buildings are conveniently located in a quiet area just off the Sterling Highway on the west side of the Kenai Peninsula. Spruce trees, alders and wildflowers hide the view of the buildings from the Sterling and block most of the sound of the traffic. The location offers you a sample of real Alaska rural life but with the convenience of easy access to near-by local communities where you will find restaurants, shopping, tours and more fun things to do.
