Experience Alaska the way it was meant to be!
A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of check in require full payment.
Balance payment of the amount for your reservation is required 30 days in advance of your check in date.
We will refund your payment (less 10% of the payment amount),
if you cancel your reservation at least 30 days in advance of the check
in date.
Others, such as transportation, fishing charter and tour operators have other deposit & cancellation policies and these are not controlled by Bear Paw Adventure. Refer to their individual policies for those conditions.
OTHER TERMS
Responsibility: The Wise Old Hunter Lodge and Moose Cabin are owned and operated by Bear Paw Adventure. Bear Paw Adventure neither controls, nor operates, nor is responsible for the actions of independent operators such as transporters, fishing charters and tour operators. Bear Paw Adventure's responsibility does not extend beyond the Wise Old Hunter Lodge and Moose Cabin or equipment operated at the Wise Old Hunter or Moose Cabin.
General Terms: The right is reserved by Bear Paw Adventure to cancel or alter any reservation as current conditions require. Bear Paw Adventure will not be held responsible for any expenses that result due to delay or cancellation. Your reservation and indicated charges are for accommodations at Bear Paw Adventure and do not include meals, transportation or charges for tours, license, fishing charters, processing or for other adventures and services.
Acceptance: By payment of your deposit and balance amount, you indicate your acceptance of these conditions.
