Bear viewing is perhaps one of Alaska’s most famous
adventures. The destination for these day trips vary according to the month,
but you will start this adventure from Beluga Lake in Homer. Your float
plane will land on the coastal waters near Kodiak Island or Katmai where you
will see the big brown bears – up close. The trips cost about $589 to $607
and are available May through September. Other destinations and rates are
available. Look at the websites below and decide what trip best meets your
interests. Then, either make your reservation directly, or ask Bear Paw for
help with this reservation. (Above prices are approximate and subject to
change) |
